Will I receive my deposit back?
Yes. At the end of your time with McCain Mini Storage, if you have your unit cleaned out and turn in the lock and key, you will receive your deposit back.
What is your late fee policy?
There is a 4 day grace period for monthly payments. On the 5th day, there will be a late fee added.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes. You can call our office number and pay your monthly rate over the phone using your credit or debit card.
Are my things in storage insured?
No. We make every effort to keep your items in storage secure but we do not offer insurance on your items stored. Contact your local insurance provider regarding information on renters insurance.
